Edward Yang RIP
Edward Yang, one of Taiwan’s greatest filmmakers, passed away last week at the age of 59.
Jonathan Rosenbaum, Manohla Dargis, and Godfrey Cheshire have all written pieces memorializing this wonderful director, whose films were unfortunately seldom screened in the United States.
