An evening of kinetic cinema and musique plastique in three parts: 1) Synthetic History, a radical remix of the recent Transformers (“Transformers Transformed!”) as a critical revenge on old and new fascist tropes, 2) Plastic Dynamism, a live celluloid cinerarium of burnt images and plasma sonics, and 3) Sirens of Destruction, an outdoor ceremony of the sacrificial incineration of the cinema apparatus. Featuring live performances by TwistyCat (Lea Bertucci & Ed Bear), Lary Seven, Nastya Osipova, Brian McCarthy, Joel Schlemowitz, Rachelle Rahme, and Tony Conrad & Marie Losier

Bradley Eros is an artist working in myriad media: experimental film and video, collage, photography, performance, sound, text, expanded cinema and installation. He is also a maverick curator, designer, researcher and investigator. Concepts include: ephemeral cinema, mediamystics, subterranean science, erotic psyche, poetic accidents, cinema povera and musique plastique. Exhibited at 2004 Whitney Biennial & The American Century in 2000, The New York Film Festival, London Film Festival, MoMA, The Kitchen, Pacific Film Archives, The Warhol Museum, Arsenal in Berlin, Lightcone in Paris; also works with the New York Filmmakers’ Cooperative, Anthology Film Archives, Issue Project Room, and co-directed the Roberta Beck Mercurial Cinema.
