Cory Arcangel, Glockenspiel’
A party for the cultural partners* of Millennium Hotels & Resorts
‘PERFORMA presents artist / composer / computer programmer Cory Arcangel performing excerpts from his latest composition for solo glockenspiel titled The Bruce Springsteen “Born to Run” Glockenspiel Addendum. The famous Bruce Springsteen album ‘Born to Run’ is memorable for including a great deal of glockenspiel. In this piece, Cory has written glockenspiel arrangements for the songs on Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Born to Run’ LP that do not originally contain the sound of that instrument. For this performance Cory will perform these arrangements along to the audio from Bruce’s original LP.
